YVF2 series frequency control of motor speed three-phase asynchronous motor is a special three-phase asynchronous motor with variable-frequency speed-regulating device as the power supply. The system composed with variable-frequency device can realize infinite speed-regulating and achieve the purpose of energy saving and control automation.
YVF2 series motor adopts squirrel cage structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The motor is equipped with an independent axial fan to ensure that the motor has a better cooling effect at different rotate speeds. The main performance of this series of motors conforms to the relevant provisions of JB/ t7118-2014. The motor shell adopts the HM2 series of motor shell independently developed by our company. The motor installation size is the same as YE2 series of motors, which conforms to the provisions of IEC standards.
YVF2 series motors can be applied to a variety of speed regulating transmission devices, widely used in light industry, textile, chemical industry, metallurgy, lifting, machine tools and other industries, with high-precision sensors, can achieve high-precision closed-loop control.
◆ Sitecondition
The standard working conditions of YVF2 series motor are from -15 ℃ to +40 ℃ , and the altitude is not more than 1000 meters.
◆ Temperature rise andinsulation
155(F) class insulation system and temperature rise class B (80K) are adopted to the motor, which increase the motor useful life and reliability.
◆ Cooling method
The motor is equipped with an independent axial fan, cooling method is IC416.
◆ Protectiondegree
The standard protection degree of the motor isIP55
◆ Voltage、frequency
The standard voltage is 380V and the standard frequency is 50Hz.
◆ Variable-frequencyrange
The motor should be able to ensure torque (3Hz~50Hz) or constant power in the specified frequency range for operating (for 2pole motors 50 Hz~ 60Hz; for 4pole 、 6pole motors except 355-4p 50 Hz~ 100 Hz; for 355-4 pole motor, 50 Hz~75 Hz).

The motor of 55kW and below is connected by Y, and the motor of 55kW and above is connected by △

PTC PT100 in windings and bearings can be installed as required.
